Senior Marketing Manager - International Cosmetics Skin Care service


Responsibilities:

* Develop the Skincare business and to achieve sales target
* Plan and implement sales & marketing plans
* Analyze the business character and customer profile of target market and needs of the customers.
* Develop suitable sales policy which covers the right price range, trading term, inventory level, visual (merchandising).
* Monitor, analyze, maintain and upgrade performance in the subordinates.
* Identify and negotiate service outlets at the malls
* Plan and manage commercial expense budget
* Plan and follow up on the implementation of sales activities
* Monitor competitors pricing, promotion and sales activities

Requirements:

* Female, age between 28 – 37 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Must have 5 years Marketing Management experience in spa management /cosmetic service/skincare service industry.
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Good attitude and must be result driven
* Full-Time positions available.

Work Location: Jakarta

Salary Range : 15.000.000 - 20.000.000,-Nett/month
