Urgently Need BRANCH MANAGER (Medan Based)

Job Description :

1. TO Attend tender clarification / negotiation meeting for new project / modernization and job site meeting for new installation.

2. To adapt to workload requirement and be ready to work beyond official working hours as may be required seasonally

3. Operate within the code of ethic established by the company

4. Develop and maintain a detailed, written desk procedures for all key task and processes relevant to the job duties and responsibilities

Sales Manager, Indonesia - (Technical Sales)

Main Responsibilities :
• To be the customer network interface while developing new sales opportunities and provide technical support where necessary
• Independently work with local sales representatives and factory personnel to support and close sales opportunities
• Be able to read technical drawings and take dimensional measurements during site visitation
• Plan, manage, and coordinate project field activities with minimum supervision, where necessary
• Prepares complete and timely reports on status of on-going projects and new opportunities
• Create a database on customer contacts, compressor installations and turnaround dates

Job Requirements :
• Minimum 5 to 8 years working related experience in rotating machinery field services with at least 3 years sales exposure.
• Engineering qualification preferably mechanical
• Specific experience in reciprocating compressors and field services (oil & gas) is a strong differentiators; similar experience with other similar rotating equipment in energy industry is also considered
• Good English - written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of compressor theory a plus
• Proficiency with computer, standard office equipment

Salary Range : Max 15.000.000,-/month net

To accelerate our client growing business, Plant division is looking for potential, dynamic and energetic candidates to fill the vacant position as:

Engineering Manager

Main Task and Responsibility:
- Establish department strategy and objectives to support the company overall business objectives.
- Responsible for ensuring the availability / readiness of infrastructure, utilities and machineries to optimize the company operation.
- Responsible for introduction of technological changes for efficiency / quality improvement.
- Responsible for preparing the yearly operational budgets for Engineering Department and the yearly maintenance budget for production machineries, utilities & building. And to ensure that the actual expenses are within the budget.
- Ensures the plant’s operation complies with regulations (related permits are available, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 requirements.
- Responsible for providing engineering support to Production (e.g. preventive maintenance, calibration, new investment), QA/QC (e.g. validation, qualification, Business Development (e.g. investment, new product launch) and other support functions.
- Manage investment project team: identify and allocate resources, track project milestones and cost.

General Qualification:
- Min. S1 in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Having at least 7 years experiences in Pharmaceutical Industry with Min. 3 years experiences as Engineering Manager

Skills & Expertises Required:
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Good command in English (oral and written)
- Knowledge on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to fulfill the requirements.
- Preventive Maintenance implementation to minimize utilities and machineries breakdown.
- Knowledge of SAP software / implementation, related to engineering daily duties.
