HR MANAGER
Lead a team to manage the HR function for the local office (corporate and guards), responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities, including but not limited to, the following:
· HR policy planning and compliance with local labour laws
· End-to-end recruitment
· Payroll and benefits administration
· Performance management
· Training and development
· Employee relations and welfare
· Present updates/reports to corporate headquarters
· Roll out new corporate initiatives where required
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- At minimum 8 - 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a HR generalist function with at least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- A good track record managing HR operations for a large labour force
- Well versed in local labour laws and legislature
- Able to work effectively with employees across all levels, from ground staff to senior management
- Excellent leadership skills, decisive, and able to think critically
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Prior experience in the security industry would be an advantage.
