Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager

Business Development will be responsible to grow Mobile APP Media on the network by identifying and partnering with Mobile Developers, Premium Publishers, OEM manufacturers and telecom operators to get exclusive and interesting revenue opportunities for monetization. Take care of end to end relationship management with Developers and publishers right from on boarding, servicing, and revenue management. This role combines elements of Sales, Business Development and Client Management.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through mobile media on the network by partnering with mobile app developers, mobile media publishers and Operators. 
  • Build strategic alliances with OEMs, Appstores and Telco’s to achieve business goals 
  • Drive thought leadership of mobile eco system within the partner community 
  • Be an advocate for partner requirements internally, collaborating with product, technology & operation to refine competitive advantage 

Essential Skills
  • Strong track record in sales, business development, account management and P&L 
  • Excellent understanding of mobile eco system that comprise of app developers, mobile content providers, mobile media publisher, OEM, operators & Appstores
  • Strong knowledge of key Mobile publishers and / or Developers in Local Market 
  • High level of exposure to mobile content business models 
  • Understanding of app developer community would be added advantage 
  • Exposure to market across the respective region

  • Proven ability to influence, develop and empower people to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Hunger to outperform in a fast growing environment 
  • Strong analytical skill with commercial awareness 
  • Self-Driven Individual who proactively identifies opportunities and makes things happen.

  • Excellent communication skills, especially strong presentation skills with a knack for consultative selling 
  • Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts 
  • Confident, passionate and enthusiastic attitude 

Qualification: Master’s in Business Administration
Experience: Min 3-5 years of Sales, BD & P&L in Digital Media / Mobile.

·         Graduate or Post-Graduate with Specialisation
·         Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Peoplesoft as Functional Consultant
·         At least 3 years industry experience with at least two full PeopleSoft implementation project lifecycles in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions/Student Administration and/or CRM for Higher Education
·         In-depth functional knowledge of at least two PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules preferably Student Financials, Student Records, and Academic Advisement
·         Basic competence and knowledge of PeopleTools capabilities especially in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, XMLP, Query, Application Engine
·         Ability to perform troubleshooting (functional role) using Application Designer
·         Familiar with at least one leading implementation methodology.
·         Good analytical and listening skills; creative solutions
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills (English Language and Bahasa Indonesia)
·         Self-motivated and good time management

Job Details :
·         Responsible for the overall solution within their functional area
·         Able to make or drive the business to make business process decisions quickly
·         Provides or identifies overall process expertise
·         Holds weekly team meetings for the functional area
·         Participates in weekly status reviews
·         Is the principle contact between the project team and the university functional area
·         Coordinates the resolution of cross team issues
·         Reviews all deliverables for the functional area for completeness and accuracy
