- Experience as HR Manager for 3-5 years, preferably in the company's retail
- Mastering the Law of Labour and industrial disputes
- Strong leadership, communication skills, analytical thinking
- Enjoying the world of music & movies
- Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines

HR & GA Manager 


Responsibilities:

· Deliver full recruitment services including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing dan employee offers.
· Create and implement an effective HR & GA system & program, including recruitment, counseling, compensation, benefits & welfare management, industrial relation, training & development, government & legal affair, compliance of Indonesian corporate, labour & related law & CSR program.
· Formulate, implement and review human resources policies and procedures.
· Assist with the identification of training needs, the selection, development and delivery of appropriate programs.
· Responsible for general affairs including, jamsostek, permit document, foreign employee & health insurance.
· Ensure the organization is in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law as well as corporate policies.

Requirements:
· Must be excellent in English, both oral and written
· Minimum S1 Law/ Psychology or related disciplines from reputable university.
· Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
· A flexible team player with proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting enviroment.
· Experienced in all aspects of recruitment.
· Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
· Well developed coaching and leadership skills, both on formal and informal basis.
· Creative, forward thinker.
· Minimum of 5 years working experience, a mix of business and human resources management experience an asset.
