Country Sales Manager - WIRE / CABLING Industry

Responsibilities:

* Secure sufficient sales volume to meet or exceed sales budget.
* Prospect and drive new sales, develop account plans and conduct sales calls at all levels of prospective organization.
* Educate and engage customers of new products/ solutions/ programs.
* Effectively manage existing and new accounts to consistently improve market share in Indonesia.
* Formulate creative marketing plans and build new relationships as well as maintaining existing relationship.
* Provide technical support and after sales activities to customers.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
* Proven sales record with great leadership potential.
* Well understanding of enterprise projects for office/ residential construction, banking, datacenter, telecom, audio/video, etc.
* Familiar with stucture cable and connectivity products.
* Willing to dedicate extra time and travel to meet objectives.
* Ability to work with customers on resolution of technical issues
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
* Effective project and time management skill
* 2 Full-Time positions available.

Work Location: Home Based (Virtual Office)
Report : Regional Sales Manager (Singapore)

Salary Range : 10.000.000 - 15.000.000,-Nett/month
+ Commission
+ Bonus
+ Transport
