BANQUET SALES MANAGER FOR BALLROOM

WITH 2,500 PEOPLE CAPACITIES

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for soliciting banquet business and ensuring customer satisfaction with all  functions booked
• Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise requirements
• To monitoring product quality and banquet administration
• To coordinate analyze events, and research and develop business in the area

Requirements

• Female, max  35 years  old
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same field preferably in the same industry
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
• Results driven
• A persistent, outgoing, highly committed, trustworthy and hard working individual that has a strong commitment to success
• Life style savvy, good interpersonal skill, creative and innovative
• Possess good communication and networking
• Should have the ability to perform all functions of banquet operations in order to supervise, direct, and train all banquet personnel

Salary Range : Max Rp 12.000.000,- (Nett)

Requirements

1.     Female, max 35 years old

2.     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic, Mass Communication, Advertising

3.     Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same field preferably managers specializing in Automotive/Hospitality/ Service Company etc

4.     Able to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image

5.     Proficient in English (written and verbal)

6.     Results driven

7.     Strong customer service  orientation

8.     A persistent, outgoing, highly committed, trustworthy and hard working individual that has a strong commitment to success

9.     Life style savvy, good interpersonal skill, creative and innovative

Main Responsibilities

1.     Develop the strategies and tactics to build strong markets/networks and also expand/increase the coverage area

2.     Coordinating promotion activities to explore our  product and brand

3.     Conduct regular market research/analysis for expansion purposes

4.     Handle all types of promotion media
