is currently seeking for
General Manager Sales,
Role Purpose - Responsible for the tactical function (developing, delivering and executing) of the sales strategy for the domain Industry for the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Accountable for country industry sales Develop and communicate country sales strategies.
Responsible for the Country Industry Business Plan,
Maintain a detailed understanding of the competitive environment, communicate and deliver competitive sales strategies to the channel sales force.
Funnel Review/Scrubbing with resellers and submit accurate forecast with key accounts to Country Manager and Regional Sales
Channel engagement:
Provide sales leadership to the reseller, Recommend channel readiness requirements
Customer engagement
Explore and Develop accounts jointly with reseller sales through demand generation activities, Sales program and grow the sales opportunities
Identify/Influence opinion leaders and build market messaging with them to drive market demand
Maintain direct contact with key and/or strategic customers and its key stakeholders and answer queries, objections and to ensure continue business renewal
Requirements:
- Good in Sales, Minimum 5 years experience in MID - TOP Management
- Background In IT & Architecture A MUST
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Rp 40.000.000,- /month
Job status : Permament - 3 Months Probation
