HR Assistant / HRA-PRT-JAC

Our Client, Vendor Telecommunication Company Seeking for Qualified Candidate for

Position: HR Assistant

ROLE:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh administrator to join a busy HR department. This is a position which offers great scope for development.
This role predominantly involves working with the HR Team to advice managers on various HR policies and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


A) Recruitment: Advertising current positions with online job boards, internal referral board and job searchers, screening candidates from all sources, supporting managers and team leaders in managing the recruitment process which will include undertaking telephone interviews, taking notes in interviews, organizing assessments and selection tests for candidates. Provide means to capture and analyze supplier performance.

B) Compensation/Payroll: Providing general payroll support and duties including checking payroll information before entering accurately onto the system, helping with payroll related queries; helping to ensure that all relevant data input are made. Keep up to date with changes in Indonesia employment legislation, making sure changes are effectively implemented as required.

C) Administration: Ensuring HR records are maintained and up to date and people data feed to all systems are accurate. Manage and continuously improve the HR information system, the integrity of HR data and implement system enhancements to improve work flow within all HR sub-functions.
Preparing appropriate paperwork for leavers and joiners. Recording holidays and sickness and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and statistics e.g. Headcount, sickness absence.

D) Benefits: Dealing with queries on benefits plans from employees, preparing benefit communication materials and be responsible for the liaison with external providers. Collecting data, preparing reports and providing analysis on a middle level.

E) Participate in and support HR initiatives and projects
You will be supported by a senior member of staff.



ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
a. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
b.Understand and practice the concept of quality service level for internal clients.

f.Organized and able to work in a methodical manner.
g.Ability to work under pressure.
h.Keen attention to detail
i.Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
j.At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business/Management.
k.Required language English.
l.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous experience on recruiting/selection process
b) payroll experience and
c) user of HR database would be extremely advantageous

Salary Range : 3.500.000 - 5.000.000,-Nett/month
Working Status: CONTRACT Based

Telesales Team Leadership
• Sales targets: Plan, organise and lead an efficient and effective Telesales team to achieve sales targets. Implement appropriate sales initiatives in order to ensure achievement of sales targets
• Acquisition and Development activity: To ensure Telesales Executives utilise the Sales Pipeline for management of all Prospects ensuring that business from new and existing customers is actioned and successfully negotiated.
• Productivity: Ensure all regionally determined call targets are met by the Telesales Executives and that all Telesales territories utilize the monthly SSI Pre Call Plan tool as call cycle to manage existing customers

Sales Deployment
• Efficiency: Increase selling time through reducing/minimising “time stealers”, i.e. inbound service calls, and ensuring selling time is correctly allocated between acquisition, maintenance and development calls.
• Global Sales Process: To ensure all aspects of the GSP programme are well understood and implemented across the Telesales department and that the regional objectives of both sales force effectiveness and efficiency improvement are achieved
• Sales Automation: Ensure that all activities are updated accurately in Sales Automation system, e.g. sales activity codes, customer contact details etc.

Profit Margins Assurance
• Adhere to regional standards on profit margins and discount guidelines.

Telesales Team Management

• Perform field visit in developing relationship with potential customers
• Supervise Telesales to ensure all assigned customers are served and developed
• Motivate telesales to explore and exploit customer’s full potential and needs for customer migration
• Maintain and manage the capacity of team’s daily operation


Skills
Communication skills, spoken and written (excellent)


Educational Qualifications
Degree in business
5 years sales management experience in a service-related industry
2 years experience in managing a Call Centre
3 years experience in a sales function.
Experience in managing a sales force


Salary & Benefits:

- Basic Salary: Rp 13.000.000,- per month

TELECOM SPECIALIST - (TSP-DEI-JAC)

TELECOM SPECIALIST



To provide appropriate and cost effective communications and network services (i.e. communications equipment, communications software and third party delivered services) within Service Level Agreement commitments and to high standards of data quality, timeliness and security.

Manage & support
Manage and support country network and telecoms infrastructure including uptime, resolution, contingencies planning

To perform engineering level network planning and design for all WANs and LANs installed in the country.

To manage the implementation of new country networks or upgrades to existing networks.

To conduct on going reviews of and changes to network and other hardware facilities with little negative impact on the user community.

Management escalation Frequently update management on individual incident. Summarize report with review for improvement. Escalate on any issue faced for quick response and resolution

To identify any necessary changes or upgrades.

To monitor network performance and availability and resolve performance that does not meet Service Level Agreement commitments.

To ensure all service requirements for the business. Oversea on cost for the implementation. Manage project to meet schedule deadline and confirm / verify testing prior to roll out

To evaluate service performance negotiate for cost reduction prior to the renewal of the contract and oversea the work quality provided by the vendor

To perform regular maintenance (International / In-country links) and verify of the working condition of all back up links and confirm critical applications

Skills
Communication skills (English), spoken and written
Technical expertise in:
- Networking protocols and understanding of data communications in a business environment
- Wide Area Networking of various types (e.g. MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay, leased line, ISDN, VSAT)
- High speed Local Area Networks based on Ethernet technology
- Local to Wide Area network connections
- TCP/IP and other protocols
- PABX
- Various types of network switching equipment
- Windows Operating Systems
- Unix Operating System (depending on local applications)
