SALES MANAGER for INDONESIA

PURPOSE OF ROLE
- Consistently deliver exceptional sales results plan to maximize the growth and profitability of the country
- Create successful recruitment promotion
- Proof investments on efficiency
- Train the sales team on how to create brand awareness and follow up the result
- Develop all relevant data to support the building of annual business plan
- Promote the increase of market share, brand awareness and increase customers’ loyalty
- Execute the annual business plan as directed by President Director
- Lead, influence and measure performance of sales team to assure sales targets are achieved through motivation, training and coaching
- Differentiate Company brand from competition through education to customers
- Assures compliance of all policies, procedures and practices of the company
- Supervise and direct the implementation of promotional programs for all sales channels
- Support resolution of customers’ complaints through direct action and collaboration with other members
- Communicating customers’ satisfaction feedback and recommendations on the value of promotional activities
- Utilize regional sales data to create an annual action plan.
- Make business review on monthly basis to communicate promotional plan and update action plans.
- Utilize marketing tool to differentiate
- Facilitate team’s continuous development by customizing individual development plan and providing opportunity to practice.
- Track sales on periodical basis and adjust action plan to maintain superior performance
- Supervise the implementation of marketing plan and provide market intelligence as required.
- Ensure compliance of company policies and practices
- Drive sales results through promotion plan implementation and coaching of sales team
- Work closely with President Director to ensure vision is understood and executed with excellence
- Grow business year over year by +50% in 2012 and 50% in 2013
- Ensure 100% achievement of brand image and sales performance metrics

KEY FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Strong logical thinking ability, deliberate question in a comprehensive, thorough manner, able to maintain balance & principle persistence
- Strong ability in handling customer relation, superior negotiation ability, can solve questions & challenges encountered from work in a timely manner in a difficult environment.
- Strong organizing & coordination ability, able to consolidate company’s info & convert to competitive advantage strong ability on market development judgment & analysis, to obtain advantageous position (edge)
- Sales and/or Marketing experience in FMCG business a MUST
- preferably with 8 years working experience, mature thinking, trustable.
- Knowledge about positioning of a premium pet food brand.
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent conversational level English
- French if possible (not a key strength)
