Looking for
Sales Manager
- Aggressively grow and sustain Indonesia Market for Food Packaging and Food Solutions products and systems.
- Ability to uncover and maximize opportunities with new customers and existing accounts.
- Accountable for P&L performances and KPIs such as inventory turnover and account receivables.
- Develop and deliver Country Business Plans following over-all Strategic Plans
- Develop Food Industry Profiles for the Indonesia
- Work in a matrix organization with functional units such as Finance, Customer Service and Technical Service.
- Coordinate planning for any Trade Shows or Seminars.
- Create Customer Communications Programs
- Assist with development of various industry alliances eg Flexible Packaging, Food Processing Association, Tray Manufacturers
- Create and Maintain Competitor Analysis database
- Pricing Control Program implementation and maintenance
- Prepare and conduct Presentations of Key Products
- Self Start sales projects in the market.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): proven ability to develop new markets, proven track record in a mnc of skills to locate new business, maintain p&l perforemances and kpi, Strong sales acumen and judgment.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese (Advantage)
- Down to earth salesmanship (no arrogant attitude)
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Flexible packaging, Food Packaging,
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: Rp Max 25.000.000 Gross/month
