HR MANAGER / HRM-CCS-RIN


HR MANAGER

Lead a team to manage the HR function for the local office (corporate and guards), responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities, including but not limited to, the following:

·         HR policy planning and compliance with local labour laws
·         End-to-end recruitment
·         Payroll and benefits administration
·         Performance management
·         Training and development
·         Employee relations and welfare
·         Present updates/reports to corporate headquarters
·         Roll out new corporate initiatives where required

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • At minimum 8 - 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a HR generalist function with at least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • A good track record managing HR operations for a large labour force
  • Well versed in local labour laws and legislature
  • Able to work effectively with employees across all levels, from ground staff to senior management
  • Excellent leadership skills, decisive, and able to think critically
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Prior experience in the security industry would be an advantage.

SALES MANAGER

JOB SCOPE:

  • Responsible for sales growth
  • Develop and manage network of dealers.
  • Technical support to dealers.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, design consultants and key account customers.
  • Understand market situation and implement plans to expand the company’s market share.


REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years of manage channel / Distributor 
  • Preferably from Food Service industry.
  • Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
  • Have sharp business acumen, great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, result oriented and willing to travel.

Working Location : Home Based
Reporting to Singapore,
Travelling Domestic & Singapore
