FINANCE ADMIN MANAGER

Business Insight
  • Prepare financial statements, financial reports, special analyses and information reports.
  • Provides timely, accurate analysis of budgets and financial reports to assist the President Director and other members of the Management Team with their responsibilities. 
  • Manages budgeting and long term financial planning process. 
  • Provides strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the Company (i.e., growth, new markets, and evaluation of potential alliances, employee benefits, retirement plans, and investments). 
  • Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory interactions. 
  • Develops reliable global cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs of the Company.


Governance
  • Manage treasury, finance, accounting and compliance functions with the necessary processes and internal controls to safeguard the corporate assets. 
  • Ensures compliance with all tax reporting requirements including income tax, sales tax, employment taxes and customs duties.
  • Ensure compliance with HOLDING Finance Manual and other HOLDING policies
  • Oversees risk and Corporate insurance requirements.
  • Coordinates with appropriate legal counsel relating to financial and corporate governance compliance and risk assessment matters. 
  • Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits 

Accounting/Process
  • Prepare of period-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements 
  • Prepare all period-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation
  • Oversee completion of timely annual audited financial statements.
  • Oversee AR management and provide support to collections activities
  • Oversee cash management; Process payable ; Execute payments
  • Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the Company. 
People and System
  • Develop and manage accounting staff as RC Indonesia expands
  • Implement the ERP system and maximize its use for more efficient processes

Key Functional Skills/ Knowledge
  • Excellent general accounting skills are required with a strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and an understanding of USGAAP
  • Knowledgeable in the application of analytical techniques to evaluate potential business initiatives and assess their impact on strategic fit, operations and resources.
  • Able to design and operate an effective business planning process and to track the performance of the business against its plans in an efficient and affordable manner.
  • Knowledgeable in cost accounting and budget management practices to develop business unit cost and profitability information.
  • Able to lead, develop and implement effective and efficient business processes and transactions processing systems
  • Knowledgeable and able to apply relevant tax regulations, case law and business practices to assure legal compliance while minimizing the company tax liability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Navision and HFM would be a plus

  • Proven track record for people and team development
  • Early foundation in an audit function, followed by experience in a corporation in a variety of roles (accounting and financial analysis and planning)
  • Strong “product” background (as opposed to “services”)

General Summary:

Education Manager is responsible for planning and executing educational approaches and strategies in the region. He/She works with Universities and Colleges as well as Secondary Schools and other educational institutions for successful implementation of  Education strategic initiatives. The job also includes interfacing with government and government agencies to establish product as a thought leader.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Builds, manages and executes on plan to meet regional business objectives
  • Interfaces with the regional sales team in support of the combined strategy
  • Develops the education market in the region
  • Collaborate and co-ordinate with educational policy makers to define and drive education policies
  • Builds relationship with government and establishes partnership to facilitate access and adoption of solutions to all the students in the region
  • Builds and executes on an engagement plan with premier/strategic institutions
  • Develop a capable and sustainable Academic Adoption Partner program to drive access and adoption of solutions to students and institutions.
  • Manages the Training and certification partners in the region.
  • Manage resources and budget.


Requirements/Desired Knowledge/Skills:

  • Professional qualification in Engineering/Business Administration/ Information technology
  • 10+ years relevant experience in Indonesia education market
  • Experience in business development preferably in the technology/education sector
  • Ability to build collaborative relationship and influence the educational policy makers and academicians
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to balance long term strategic planning, with hands on implementation
  • Must be willing to travel.
