Our Client, Public listed company in shipping industry looking for

IT MANAGER

Responsibilities :
  • Initiate and establish the required IT system for the company 
  • Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the operations of information systems 
  • Lead, plan and manage IT project from initiation phase until closing phase 
  • monitoring project progress and provide report to management regularly 
  • Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services Oversee troubleshooting, system backups and archiving 
  • Responsible for overall IT software and development and also infrastructure 

Requirements:
  • Possess a bachelor degree in information technology, post graduate majoring in finance would be an advantage 
  • Minimal 5 years of relevant working experience in IT area of any industries focusing in IT Development
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills 
  • Good competencies in project management and Certification in project management is highly preferable.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English 
  • Self-motivated, quick-learner,and good analytic thinking
Work Location: Jakarta Utara
Salary Range : MAX Rp.20.000.000,- (Nett)

HRGA Senior Manager / HRGAM-TMI-RIN

Our Client, Public listed company in shipping industry looking for

HRGA Senior Manager 

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for overseeing a full spectrum of HR and GA function, including but not limitted to Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Personnel administration, Compensation and benefit, HRIS, Industrial Relation and Office Management 
  • Handling grievances, counseling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline and compliance 
  • Consolidate and analyzing monthly reports 
  • Build a high performing HR and GA team, ensure governance of HR policies and processes 
  • Lead and facilitate change management interventions 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Psychology, Legal or Business Management 
  • Min 5 years of progressive HR & GA experience 
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills 
  • A self starter, great independence and self-motivating 
  • Must be well conversant with labor laws/practices and employment policies 
  • Must have demonstrated work history of maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality 
  • Conversant with assessment tools, training need analysis, and competency based human resource management, payroll and HR Administration 
  • Proficiency with Window-based computer software, including database and HR System 
  • English proficiency both spoken and written


Work Location: Jakarta Utara
Salary Range : MAX Rp.25.000.000,- (Nett)
