Sourcing Specialist / SRS-HCM-JAC

Our Client, one of the third-largest cement maker and construction materials, is seeking for

SOURCING SPECIALIST - SRS-HCM-JAC


Purpose:
The position is needed as to assist the strategic Sourcing Superintendent in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state-of-the-art procurement way.


Education:
At least a reputable national or international college ( D3 ), majoring in Economic or Engineering ( Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical ) science

The incumbent must have at least :
- 2 years experience as a procurement officer at Corporate Procurement Department in Big Cement Company
- 2 years experience as a Team Member at the area of Accounting, Maintenance, Engineering or Production or
- 2 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company

Qualification:
1. Fluent English both oral or written
2. Procurement and negotiation skills
3. Leadership ability to drive cross functional team outcomes
4. Specific commodity, industry and technical skills for commodity strategy development
5. Problem solving and analytical skill
6. Contract drafting and management
7. Flexible approach to managing a wide variety of commodity types ( goods and service )
8. Working SAP knowledge to take maximum benefits from the available data in the system
9.Excel knowledge to the extent of simple programming and pivot table management
