Associate Sales Director / ASD-GGP-JAC

our client the world's largest fully integrated pineapple plantation and processing facility

looking for for Associate Sales Director

- Leadership capability and manage a sales team of approximately 30 people

- Strong customer base maintaining long relationships with buyers mainly supplying to Food Services (HORECA), Retailers,& Agents/Importers (Not Direct Sales, more B2B) – Candidate will have to continue with existing customers and not just hard selling – more customer service.

- Network already imports to 50 countries including US, Europe, Australia, Japan, etc however wants to expand to other countries such as Arab.

- Required to understand Market Intelligence, analyze potential markets, and be a strategic partner

- Candidates must have at least 4 – 5 years experience in an MNC company

- Masters Degree and Overseas Graduates a plus point



Job Description:


- 60% involves coordination, managing sales team, strategic marketing, understand market intelligence, analyze potential markets, execute strategies and be systematic.

- 20 % job include coordination with production team

- 20% in strategic planning and business expansion.

Work Location: Jakarta
Salary Range: Rp.60.000.000,-

Enterprise Sales Manager / ESM-BLD-JAC

Our Client a Market Leader in transmission solution industry, provide end-to-end cable, connectivity networking. is looking for

Enterprise Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibility


- Secure sufficient sales volume to meet or exceed sales budget in specified enterprise verticals in Indonesia.
- Identify, cultivate, negotiate and close projects with solution offering, including Networking cable/connectivity products, and Audio/Video cable and connectivity products.
- Spec-in solution through active engagement with end-user and system integrator. Provide quote and application solution to potential customers with timely and high-quality service.
- Educate and engage customers of new products/solution/programs. Effectively manage existing and new accounts to consistently improve market share in Indonesia. - Collaborate with business partners (distributor, CSV, etc) to amplify sales effectiveness. Manage and improve sales funnel/CRM with good win ratio
- develop monthly forecast

Requirement:

- Degree in Engineering with 5 Years Experience in technical sales
- Good Attitude
- Understand eco-system of enterprise project in such typical vertical markets as office/residential, construction, banking, data center, Telecom, Audio/video.
- Excellent English
- Ms Office suite

Work Location: Jakarta
Salary Range: max Rp.40.000.000,-
