DEPUTY FINANCE MANAGER / DFM-IOL-JAC

Our Client a world leader in commodity inspection and analysis. It was first established its own operations in Indonesia in February 2008.
Currently the company employs around 100 employees nationwide with head office in Jakarta. The company has its branches in Banjarmasin, Samarinda, and Kendari.

Urgently Need

Deputy Finance Manager (Assistant Manager Level)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

- The role provides general support for the Finance Manager – so that the role will deputize for the Finance Manager where necessary
- In particular the responsibility will be for the data preparation for all UK reports – so that the Finance Manager can review these reports instead of preparing them. Other members of the finance team can help in this preparation responsibility
- Also responsible for attending management meetings if the Finance Manager is not available
- Familiar with all areas of the business and become at ease with being asked to investigate queries involving branches, laboratories and head office
- Preparing the monthly tax returns
- Monitoring in checking and validating supplier invoices
- Provide monthly data as required to fulfill employee benefit information
- Calculate corporate income tax values
- Provide monthly reconciliation between the HR summary data and finance data to ensure all relevant items have been submitted to the tax authorities
- Provide tax planning recommendations to the Finance Manager
- To deal with any requests from UK head office, and tax authorities for data


QUALIFICATION:

- Qualified Accountant (preferably CPA certified)
- Tax qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (preferably Master degree)
- Preferably with working experience in Mining or FMCG
- Proficiency in the preparation of corporate tax returns
- Minimal 5 years experience in senior finance, accounting and tax position
- Effective verbal and written communication skills as well highly proficient in English.
- Ideally the candidate will be at ease discussing and reviewing business with all levels of management within Inspectorate – both locally and regionally.
- Knowledgeable user in e-SPT, some accounting software and Microsoft Office is highly desirable

Salary Range : Rp 15.000.000 - 18.000.000,- GROSS

SALES EXECUTIVE - (Power Cable serving Oil & Gas Industry) - Rep Office in Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• To support and assist the Country Manager Indonesia Rep. Office in promoting Specialty Cables for Oil & Gas, Mining and Petrochemical Industry by developing new customers account and nurturing the existing accounts in Indonesia.

• To provide product presentation, technical support and maintain close relationship with the potential Oil & Gas customers (end user and contractors) in Indonesia.

• To gather valuable information and provide regular feedback for the updated market situation and its development for Specialty Cables in Indonesia.

• To work closely with Head Office’s sales and marketing teams and other members as per assigned project in Indonesia.

• To Identify and suggest new initiatives to achieve sales target and profitability goals

•To negotiate terms and offers within the allowed parameters.


Requirements:
• Male and having Degree in Electrical Engineering / Business or equivalent
• Having at least 4 years of experience in successful selling for Electrical imported products [electrical / telecom Cables would be preferred] to Oil & Gas, Mining and Petrochemical Industries in Indonesia.
• Having strong network / channel in Oil & Gas Industry In Indonesia like Chevron, Pertamina, CNOOC, BP, Conoco Philips, Exxon and others…
• Having previous experience to register overseas brand into Oil & Gas Industry.
• Having good technical knowledge/background in Electrical and / or Telecommunication will be advantages.
• Having good command of written and spoken English
• Willing to travel in both domestic and overseas
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills
• Able to work independently and in teams, highly motivated energy sales, self driven and well organized.
• Conversant with MS Office, Power Point and computer skill
