Sales Manager
Responsibility :
1. Responsible for leading in and assisting in the implementation of the overall Sales & Marketing Strategy.
2. Work out targets for growth, analyze and coordinate strategic planning to meet targets.
3. Responsible for planning budgetary expenses and income forecasts, and local accountings.
4. Establish and maintain service standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
5. Responsible for local staffing and human resource policies and procedures including ensuring the reasonable staff welfare and benefit. Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the company.
6. Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of the local operations.
7. Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Indonesian Law.
8. Monitor economic and other external conditions and manage proactively addressing issues that may affect operations in order to maximize sales and growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or above.
At least 10 years of working experience and minimum of 5 years at managerial level, in wireless telecommunications industry
Strong management, human relations and communication skills especially in a multi-cultural environment
Hands-on experience in mobile telecommunications, in-building coverage is an valuable asset
Business-oriented and remarkable business acumen; Visionary leadership and good people management
Extensive finance, P&L management, costing, planning and overall budgetary control
Proactive business development with exceptional quality focus; Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Work Location: Jakarta Pusat (Thamrin)
Salary Range :Rp.15.000.000,-
