Our Client, one of the biggest Japanese Heavy Industry company is Seeking for

HR MANAGER

Qualification:

• Male/Female  
• Married/Single
•  32-40 years old 
• At least has 3 years experience as Manager 
• Good command in English both oral and written is a must, 
• Japanese will be an advantage 
• HR Generalist (compensation and benefits, recruiting, organization planning) and experience in a company that has a labour union will be an advantage
• Knows how to make a good and applicable HR system following company regulations and needs

Job Status : Permanent (3 months Probation)
Work Location:  Jakarta (Sudirman)
Salary Range: Rp 15.000.000,- / month - Negotiable depend on skills and experience
