Customer Service Rep
To provide secretarial support to customers when required.
To maintain & update all client contact information and ensure new updates are changed accordingly, include Company staff list.
Ensure the Operations Supervisor is immediately made aware of any problems and to be rectified at the soonest.
Coordinate client requests eg. Catering orders, hotel bookings, stationery, flower, etc.
Responsible for conference/meeting’s arrangement and setup of conference include refreshment and lunch break for conference.
To handle mails, parcels, dispatch and courier services.
To handle incoming/outgoing faxes for customers using back office fax machine.
To handle incoming calls of customers. To divert calls for customers. To pass telephone message to respective customers accordingly or at the end of each day (upon request).
To handle conference/meeting room booking, calculate charges and update to Daily Job Sheet.
To assist visitors and guests at Front Office.
To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system.
To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.
To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
To purchase and report duty stamps usage
To check incoming supplier invoices and report to Accounting.
To report, inventory and purchase stationery for operational usage & client’s requisition.
To update Company Directory Book for tenant periodically
Work Location: Jakarta ( Kuningan - Thamrin - Sudirman )
Salary Range: Rp 5.000.000,-
Service Charge paid Quarterly : +/- Rp 1.500.000,-
