Finance and Accounting Manager 

Job Description

  • Menyusun dan menganalisa setiap informasi keuangan perusahaan
  • Menganalisa setiap pendapatan dan biaya secara tepat dan akurat 
  • Menangani area Finance dan Accounting, baik dalam general ledger, fixed asset management, inventory management, budget dan cost control. 
  • Menjalankan operasional keuangan perusahaan 
  • Mengkoordinir dan mengatur tim Akuntan dan Keuangan untuk membuat semua laporan keuangan manajemen perusahaan sesuai target 
  • Mampu menyelesaikan perbedaan dan penyimpangan yang muncul dalam masalah pembukuan perusahaan 
  • Memelihara berbagai macam database keuangan perusahaan (Kompetensi pada SQL dan Ms. Excel adalah nilai tambah) 
  • Familiar dengan program ERP 

Persyaratan
  • Berlatar belakang pendidikan S1 Accounting dari universitas terkenal (IPK minimal 3,0) 
  • Pengalaman kerja sebagai Finance & Accounting Manager di bidang Rumah Sakit atau perhotelan minimal 2 tahun 
  • Berkompetensi dalam Microsoft Excel dan memiliki kemampuan numerik yang sangat baik dan berpikir analitis 
  • Usia maksimum 40 tahun 
  • Mampu mengkoordinasikan tim dan berkomunikasi secara efektif 
  • Pekerja keras dan dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan 
  • Berorientasi pada hasil akhir / target.

HR SENIOR STAFF 

Position : Human Resource (Training and Development)
Employment Status : Contractual basis for 6-12 months at a first stage

Qualification :
- Male / Female age around 28-35 years old
- Mature and has a good sense of responsibility and influencing skills
- Has a willingness to learn many things, discuss, share and propose idea or improvement about Human Resource issue / development
- Has a good analytical thinking
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Management / Mathematic / Science from reputable  university
- GPA min 2.75
- Having at least 5 years working experience in Human Resource area, especially in Training and Development field
- Excellent communication in English
- Excellent to operate PC ( especially MS. Excel and Ms. Power Point )

Skills and Knowledge :
- Excellent Spoken and Written communication skills in English
- Planning and Time Management Skills, punctual, work in details with accurate manner
- Excellent presentation skills
- The ability to write clear reports and keep accurate records
- Good IT Skills (Excel, Power Point)

Job Description :
- Identifying individual and company training needs through staff appraisals , training Need Analysis (TNA) and consultation with managers
- Designing, delivering and evaluating training program
- Developing induction training / orientation program and staff appraisal schemes and other company agenda (internship program, and other company activities)
- Has a good manageable sense (keep record data or filling data and record)
- Communicating and Coordinating with external related parties (Tokyo Head Quarters and Singapore Office)
