Looking for

SALES MANAGER

JOB SCOPE:

• Responsible for sales growth
• Develop and manage network of dealers.
• Technical support to dealers.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, design consultants and key account customers.
• Understand market situation and implement plans to expand the company’s market share.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years of manage channel / Distributor 
• Preferably from Food Service industry.
• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• Have sharp business acumen, great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, result oriented and willing to travel.

Salary : Rp 25.000.000 -,
Working Location : Home Based
Reporting to Singapore,
Travelling Domestic & Singapore

Qualification

• Male, max. 40 years old, 
• Min. 8 (eight) years experience in an AUTOMOTIVE industry (with min. 5 (five) years experience in management level) 
• Min. S1 Degree from reputable university 
• Must have a strong leadership especially to manage sales, operation and administration team 
• A progressive & proven track record of sales success, high commitment and business acumen 
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin language is an advantage 
• Establish, maintain, and improve the policies and procedures of the operation 
• Should have the ability to develop strategy of cost efficiency to reduce operational cost 
• Should have the ability to expand the new business opportunities

Salary Range : Max Rp 25.000.000,- (Nett)
