As Corporate Secretary candidate should demonstrate:

- Performs corporate duties of company with regards of its position as a public company, namely General Meeting of Shareholders, public expose and preparing the Annual Reports in compliance to Bapepam and Indonesian Stock Exchange regulations
- Maintains good relationship with investors and potential investors of Company

General Requirements:

1. S1 from reputable university with major preferably in Indonesian Corporate Law.
2. Experience as Corporate Secretary minimal 2 years.
3. Mastery of Indonesian corporate law and go-public rules and issues.
4. Able to give legal opinion to support company action
5. Good knowledge and experience in securing company business licenses with relevant government agencies.
6. Problem solver, honest and excellent ability as team player.
7. Willing to travel when required.
8. Computer literate and Fluent in English is a must.
