HR MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Human Resource management, including:
- Having skill to develop a HR short term and long term plan to support company rapid expansion;
- Knowledge and experience about HR policy and preferable of knowing SOP
- Well known of HR spectrum including organization development recruitment & training, industrial relationship and C&B;
- Optimize HR system under Group HR system, coach and counsel subordinator.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable University
- Min 5 year experience in Human Resour
- Good leadership, organize skill, and good personality Self-driven, multi-oriented, and energetic
- Understanding employment regulations
- MS Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel)
- Excellent English in writing and speaking is a must;
- Age < 38 Yrs;
- Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
