Requirements

1.     Female, max 35 years old

2.     Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic, Mass Communication, Advertising

3.     Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same field preferably managers specializing in Automotive/Hospitality/ Service Company etc

4.     Able to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image

5.     Proficient in English (written and verbal)

6.     Results driven

7.     Strong customer service  orientation

8.     A persistent, outgoing, highly committed, trustworthy and hard working individual that has a strong commitment to success

9.     Life style savvy, good interpersonal skill, creative and innovative

10. Possess good networking

Main Responsibilities

1.     Develop the strategies and tactics to build strong markets/networks and also expand/increase the coverage area

2.     Coordinating promotion activities to explore our  product and brand

3.     Conduct regular market research/analysis for expansion purposes

4.     Handle all types of promotion media

Salary Range : Max Rp 12.000.000,- (Nett)

Senior Key Account Manager

• To achieve company sales target and division sales target by developing and managing Institutional Account / Customers
• To put continuous effort in keeping company in good position both by customers. by market and business industry
• Proactive and good ability in implementing company and division's business strategy
• Regularly reviews financial outstanding of all accounts / customers to ensure the target are met
• Prepare, analyzes and submit Monthly Planning and Sales Reports to support Decision making process

Education : S1 Bachelor Degree in Management, Food Technology or Industrial Technic

It is prefer the experience from basic food raw materials, Ingredients and chemical

e.g: margarin, glukose syrup, starch and bulk chemical

High ethic, mature and honest, with : good communication skill, selfdriven, good leadership and

People management, selling & presentation skill, analyical skill
