seeking for PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible to strengthen distributor operations team in Indonesia. He/She will also be working in close collaboration with distributor sales manager in managing trade relationships, implementing plans and programs developed, and providing input to shape strategies and plans.

Requirements
University degree or equivalent

5 years experience in FMCG’s sales & distribution / channel management / field trade marketing

Fluent English, local language (Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia)

Knowledge in legislation, external relations, marketing standards in tobacco industry (desirable)

Proven skills in management & leadership of teams & building teamwork

· Physically able and willing to travel (has valid passport).



3 Positions available to be placed in Kalimantan, Sumatera and Sulawesi as Account Manager Regional (candidates who domicile in above places will be advantage)

Salary Range : OPEN,-Nett/month
Other: Quarterly Bonus, Yearly Bonus + Commission
