Our client is a new start up company in Indonesia, with a focus on pharmaceutical marketing to patients.

Seeking for

Senior Medical Sales Rep - Jakarta

Candidates MUST meet the following criteria:

- Have minimum 2-3 years of pharmaceutical or medical devices sales experience with demonstrated sales results and achievements. 

- Degree qualification in Marketing, Science, Nursing, or Health Science

- Proficient in English (written & oral)

- Flawless presentation skills

- Compelling & persuasive negotiation skills and the ability to close a deal.

- Well presented, organized and extremely motivated

Other desirable attributes include:

- Management skills or a strong desire to move into management

- University graduate

- Own transport

Your role as a Senior sales rep will see you promote across a targeted client base of GP's and medical practitioners/hospitals across Jakarta.

Already having existing relationships with key doctors/hospitals & growing your portfolio, your key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring a high level of customer service through developing strong, long term relationships with your practitioner/hospital client base;
• Becoming an expert on your product portfolio through regular research and training;
• Developing and executing territory and sales plans to ensure coverage across your territory and consistent sales;
• Overachieving your KPI's and Sales targets through being organized and efficient;

Proven negotiation and influencing skills selling face to face within the healthcare industry is also a must.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: Rp Max 8.000.000 Gross/month
