Country Human Resources Manager


Develop and implement an organization-wide human resource strategy, policies, procedures and processes at Country that aligns with Business and Human Resources Global and Regional strategic plans.

Implement Asia Pacific Human Resources strategy and tactical interventions to strengthen company position as a world class organization and as an employer of choice.

Job Desk on Employees Aspect :
  • Counsel and handle grievances when needed
  • Design and deliver the right communication planning so that effective expected result is achieved organization wide for the organizational effectiveness.

In Human Resources aspect :
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making so that the organization’s human resource strategy is aligned with other business strategies.

Develop and ensure the effective and efficient implementation of Recruitment and Selection strategy to support growth of the business.

Ensure the robust Talent Management to strengthen Company brand name in the employment market as well as to attract, develop and retain the right talents. This is through Talent Reviews as well as the Compensation and Benefit strategy.

Develop and ensure the implementation of Learning and Development to improve workforce capabilities.

Assist in Employee Engagement to make our workplace the First Choice of our employees

Ensure the local law compliance in the human resources aspects. Enforce the peaceful industrial and employee relations so that conducive working environment is maintained.

Act as a coach/mentor for all managers, helping them develop their people and management skills as well as in handling grievance and dispute.

In Health and Safety aspect :
Assist the reporting of Health and Safety and assist in case handling of Health and Safety issues

In Procurement aspect :
Ensure procurement process runs well in supporting the business needs as well as in compliance to the organization’s procedure.

Cost saving initiatives and programs

Customers :
Provide data for bidding and or audit purposes

Employee Organization Groups: (Unions, Internal Staff Associations)

Collaborate and proactively manage to ensure a harmonious working environment, personal grievance costs and issues are minimized.

Achieve productivity through HR Metrics and Strategic Reporting Tool
Maintain updates in Business Reviews
Collaborate to achieve HR AOP Plans
Ensure implementation of AP HR Strategy and initiatives

Community activities:
Participate in welfare and public activities to help the less privileged and promote Corporate Social Responsibilities.

Institutions:
Interactions with external parties (e.g. other organizations, employee unions, government agencies, labor relations authorities, media, universities, government institutions, associations, etc) in order to protect and initiate the organizations’ interests and or reputation.

Updates on Human Resources advanced system as well as local laws and regulations

Expected years of experience
5-8 years of relevant HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior management role, preferably in MNC

Bachelor Degree from any discipline

Report to : Senior Vice President Human Resources Africa & Asia Pacific and Managing Director

Work Location: Jakarta Pusat
Salary Range : +/- Rp. 40.000.000,- / month Gross
