The Account Director will report to the organization’s Group Account Director and lead a team of sales and marketing subordinates with the intent of increasing commercial and operational performances. This will involve a variety of business development activities to source new clients as well as maximizing the return of existing clients, while ensuring the creation and execution of innovative marketing solutions are presented and implemented with a very high degree of creativity and professionalism. Additionally the Account Director will be required to manage their own account planning and client services teams to brainstorm ideas to win over clients and also ensure execution is met to high client expectations and strict timelines and budgetary constraints.

- least 3+ years marketing experience working with a strong understanding of below-the-line marketing services preferably gained within a marketing or advertising agency.
- candidate will enjoy multitasking, following up and visiting potential and existing clients and have a true passion and creative mind especially for consumer goods related marketing. In addition the successful candidate will have very good English communication skills, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills as well as have the ability to influence others and posses a strong initiative.
Salary : US$ 35,000 Annually
