RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR

Responsibility:

·        Responsible for the recruitment processes

·        Searching the best candidate for vacant position.

·        Responsible pooling talent for group company

·        Willing to travel

·        Doing on site recruitment

·        Jakarta based

Requirements:

·      Male 

·      Having minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology from any reputable University

·      Have 2 year experience working at Recruitment Company or as recruitment Supervisor in various industries. 

·      Experienced in doing head hunting / recruitment activity and pool talent activity.

·      Good English in reading, writing & speaking

·      Good analytical thinking, systematic & detail-oriented person
