HR MANAGER 


Responsibilities:

Human Resource management, including:
  1. Having skill to develop a HR short term and long term plan to support company rapid expansion;
  2. Knowledge and experience about HR policy and preferable of knowing SOP
  3. Well known of HR spectrum including organization development recruitment & training,  industrial relationship and C&B;
  4. Optimize HR system under Group HR system, coach and counsel subordinator.

Requirements:
  • Graduated from a reputable University 
  • Min 5 year experience in Human Resour
  • Good leadership, organize skill, and good personality Self-driven, multi-oriented, and energetic
  • Understanding employment regulations 
  • MS Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel)
  • Excellent English in writing and speaking is a must;
  • Age < 38 Yrs;
  • Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
