Corporate Communications Manager / CCM-SPS-JAC

Our Client, a Conglomerate Company with business in Agro , Timber, real estate (Building), and a joint venture telecoms business. 

Seeking for

Corporate Communications Manager


  • Advise on communication strategies, messaging & tactical plans, anticipating the reactions of the various stakeholders, formulating effective approaches and evaluating feedback
  • Organize Press Conferences, develop & maintain relationships with the media & manage media interviews
  • Give advice on proper use of corporate identity
  • Participate in managing and delivering crisis communications
  • Deliver high quality test for internal and external communication channels (i.e. social networking sites, etc)
  • Plan & Execute effective internal communications programs
  • Oversee translation and editing functions as part of an integrated communications strategy

  • University degree in relevant subject (eg. Communications) or equivalent experience
  • At least 8-10 years experience in corporate communications with proven ability to exercise objectivity, discretion, & display sensitivity in dealings with stakeholders and media (in total work experience 8 – 10 years)
  • Must have MNC background
  • Experience influencing, developing, and motivating others
  • Strong organizational, presentation skills. Ability to communicate clearly at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Bahasa. Outstanding drafting and editing skills.
  • Strong Customer Orientation coupled with knowledge of best practices in corporate communication

This position is required to manage all operating units with main focus in the Agro Business and Timber sectors.

-          Personlity: independent, strong personality/tough – not a “yes” person who cannot ensure important messages are out to stakeholders

Job Description:

To be responsible in all General Affair matter that relate to company operation. Beside supervising Office Service function and General Admin. To ensure that all required company legal/documentation/permit/license, specially those related to office, employees & equipments are well monitored and get renewed whenever expires as necessarily.
