Our Client - leading independent telecommunications provider with offices in over 14 countries and a workforce of 1200 + employees. Headquartered in Singapore . 
Sells services and products to the Wholesale market (In Indonesia, this is where most of our business at present comes from); Enterprise market and the SME market.

Senior Sales Manager, Carrier

Job Desk
The Senior Sales Mgr develops strategic sales plans, builds large opportunity forecasts and does direct sales of products & services to Carriers & ISPs customers based in Indonesia to achieve revenue and accounts growth in line with Indonesia sales objectives.

Develop and maintain close relationships with key carriers and ISPs in Indonesia. To be able to work closely with support team i.e. Complex Bid, Pricing, Product, Pre-sales in order to provide value propositions to Indonesia based customers

Must be able to understand and communicate key trends/changes in Indonesia Telecommunications market as well as ability to work/manage support teams in HK & Singapore.

Sells predominantly IP Transit, Colocation, IPL to the Indonesia Market.

To grasp the changes/trends in Indonesia market and communicate back to the reporting manager.

To work closely with Credit Team to manage account’s receivable

Achieve revenue and accounts growth targets in line with the country sales objectives

Provide accurate sales funnel forecast and develop sales plans to acquire, develop & expand key accounts.

Act as the Company’s official representative in Indonesia as regards regulatory and statutory signatory requirements


· Basic degree and minimum 3 years Sales experience in the Telco/IT industry with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

· Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful, with the ability to work under stress.

· A “people person” with good presentation skills and ability establish, foster and maintain business relationships with different levels in a customer’s organization.

· Excellent communication skills including the ability to construct detailed proposals and highly developed questioning techniques with a good command of written and spoken English

· Highly refined sales skills: aggressive and result oriented and streetwise in winning sales.

· A firm commitment to business ethics

Work Location: Jakarta (Sudirman)
Salary Range : Rp. 30.000.000,- Nett + Bonus Project (+/- 35-40%)
Insurance : Group Hospitalization & Surgical Insurance for the employee and their dependents; Group Term Life Insurance and also a lump sum amount for the employee & their dependants in terms of medical, dental and specialist benefits

Dealer Operation Manager

Job Desk
Bring various initiatives, execute Company related-program and liaise dealership to run healthy operation/business process that meet short and long term mutual partnership objectives.

1.    Retail and wholesale budget volumes achievement
2.    Execute Monthly Sales & Stock Planning Process:
·         Monthly Objective Setting,
·         Marketing Plan and Monthly Planning Report (MDP Meeting)
·         Dealer Stock Protection Plan (DSPP), 
·         Dealer Sales Stock Run-Down (SSRD),
·         Dealer Monthly Order (DMO),
·         Mid Month Estimate (MME),
·         Money Against Market (MAM)
3.    Review weekly dealer reporting of sales inquiry
4.    Manage Customer View Point and work with dealers to implement process improvements that improve customer satisfaction. 
5.    Improve dealership operations
·  Improve Company – Dealer relationship
· Communicate Company program to Dealership (communication window) and facilitate dealer concerns for Company support
·  Provide business consultation to improve dealer healthiness, productivity & profitability
6.    Ensure the implementation of  Company policies and processes to dealerships
7.    Support the implementation FAP Professional Sales Consultant Accreditation Training
8.    Complete FAP Zone Manager certification training
9.    Control Company share of dealer promotions
10.  Support monthly All Dealer meetings preparation and execution
11.  Support implementation of Dealer Management System 

·  male/female, max ;35 years
·  bachelor/ post graduate in economic /management /engineering.
·  fluent in English both verbal & written
·  have experienced in similar position( sales ) min 3 years
·  open mind & good communication skill
·  willing to travel all around Indonesia

Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: Rp Max 15.000.000 Gross/month

Job status : Permament - 3 Months Probation
