Business Development Japanese Speaking

Purpose

Drive business and growth agenda within Japan Accounts market through the pro-active identification, assessment, pursuit and win of new sales opportunities in addition to effective management of RFQ opportunities

Responsible:

Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision makers and establish coach network 

Continuously review business potential and identify potential business opportunities

Conduct research meetings with the customers and leverage coach network to understand the customer's organization, requirements and business objectives

Present solution proposal and business fit to decision makers,engage in negotiations and close the deal

Collaborate with internal functions that support the sales process (Solution Design, oererations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, etc.), gather required input and coordinate actions

Work in close cooperation with customer operations teams (ensure quality, improve performance)

Facilitate knowledge/ best-practice sharing between Company community < within sector/ geography>

Qualifications:

5 Yrs experience

30-40 Yrs Old

Male/Female

min Bachelor Degree

Good English

Able to Communicate in Japanese Language

Work Location: Jakarta Pusat

Salary Range : Max Rp. 20.000.000,- / month Gross

Sales Admin

for US automotive Industry

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Industrial Engineering/Economic/Business Administration, Master degree in Business Administration/Finance preferred.

· Minimum 3 years experience in related field.  Experience in multinational company in marketing/sales/finance environment is desirable.

· Excellent command of spoken and written English and excellent communication skills to work with various functions, dealers, plants and with subcontractor service providers

· Strong computer and analytical skills, particularly Microsoft Excel

· Strong leadership skills, mature, high integrity, and able to work with little supervision

Responsibilities 

Vehicle ordering & tracking

· Develop order taking process and aggregate dealers’ order

· Develop SSRD (Sales & Stock Run Down) & other appropriate tools to facilitate sales/order review meeting with management

· Place orders & liaise with plants and shippers to monitor status

· Develop and maintain vehicle tracking database

· Advise dealers on order status

  

Industry/segment data

· Participate in the GAIKINDO & industry exchange of information

· Develop & maintain industry/segment volume data & forecast

· Highlight to management key industry/segment development regularly

  

Sales administration

· Create and submit wholesale orders

· Liaise with wholesale financing company and prepare retail sales registration documents

· Develop & maintain retail customer database
