Role Overview & Purpose
The Science and Communication Manager will play a key role in developing and growing the business in Indonesia. Working closely with the President Director you will research widely to understand the competitive dynamics of the category, market and consumer behaviour.

With this knowledge, you will create customer demand and develop the strategy to launch new products and raise brand awareness across Indonesia. Building relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a positive 'can-do' attitude and being persistent in delivering a world-class service are all crucial attributes in this role.

Reporting to the President Director, you will be an ambassador for Company at every interaction, both internally and externally

S&C Program Management

• Develop, manage and evaluate Scientific & Communication plans and programs 
• Establish relationships with vet industry leaders, opinion leader in vet market, influences, consumers, and academic institutes 
• Provide professional training and consulting to educate customers on Health Nutrition benefits of each product 
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams and channel partner on the technical communication for new product development and activities on A&P plan 
• Collaborate with other countries for exchanges the best Scientific & Communication practices and sharing resources and business supports 

Customer Engagement & Brand Awareness 

• Building strong relationships with all stakeholders 
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key and influential customers 
• Build supportive relationship with sales and marketing teams and customers, tailoring scientific communications to support business growth 
• Provide suggestions and support resolution of customers’ queries by collection and analyzing inquiries or complaints 
• Differentiate Company brand from competition through strong and continual education with customers 
• Continually develop and share knowledge of products and other technical-related information 

Key Functional Skills/ Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of pet science and nutrition 
• Strong influencing and coaching ability, imparting knowledge in a concise and effective manner 
• Strong logical thinking, deliberate questioning in a comprehensive, thorough manner, able to maintain balance & principle persistence 
• Experience on influencing other departments, to unite & lead the business to achieve targets 
• Strong ability in handling customer relations, superior negotiation ability, can solve questions & challenges encountered from work in a timely manner 
• Strong organizing & coordination ability, able to consolidate company’s information & convert to competitive advantage 
• Effective and strong assertive skills on project management 
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Ind.

Key Experiences

• Masters Degree in Vet Science or a degree in nutrition science, majoring in Animal Medicine or Nutrition 
• Minimum Exp 5 Years,
• Male/Female
• Willing to Travel, Domestic / International,
• HAVE Passion for DOGS & CATS

Working Location: Jakarta Selatan
