HR Senior (Training & Development) / HRTD-MSI-RIN


Position : Human Resource (Training and Development)
Employment Status : Contractual basis for 6-12 months at a first stage

Qualification :
- Male / Female age around 28-35 years old
- Mature and has a good sense of responsibility and influencing skills
- Has a willingness to learn many things, discuss, share and propose idea or improvement about Human Resource issue / development
- Has a good analytical thinking
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Management / Mathematic / Science from reputable  university
- GPA min 2.75
- Having at least 5 years working experience in Human Resource area, especially in Training and Development field
- Excellent communication in English
- Excellent to operate PC ( especially MS. Excel and Ms. Power Point )

Skills and Knowledge :
- Excellent Spoken and Written communication skills in English
- Planning and Time Management Skills, punctual, work in details with accurate manner
- Excellent presentation skills
- The ability to write clear reports and keep accurate records
- Good IT Skills (Excel, Power Point)

Job Description :
- Identifying individual and company training needs through staff appraisals , training Need Analysis (TNA) and consultation with managers
- Designing, delivering and evaluating training program
- Developing induction training / orientation program and staff appraisal schemes and other company agenda (internship program, and other company activities)
- Has a good manageable sense (keep record data or filling data and record)
- Communicating and Coordinating with external related parties (Tokyo Head Quarters and Singapore Office)
