Our Client in Property Business seeking for

LEASING MANAGER

QUALIFICATION

• S1 degree - preferably from business administration with a Marketing emphasis 
• Male/Female, maximum 40 years old 
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same field (with minimum 2 (two) years as Leasing / Sales Manager preferably from Property Development 
• Good command of English language 
• Have strong leadership and to manage team 
• Result oriented and good strategic thinking 
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skill 
• Have a good organization and management skills 
• Willing to travel extensively and promote the product 
• Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to be able to create promotions and analyze campaign data 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a Sales Manager on behalf of a property developer with a wide range of projects 
• Liaise with potential clients introduced by brokers or external partners, bringing the deals to a successful signing 
• Communicate with clients/buyers 
• Liaise with external agencies, brokers and other third parties 
• Work with the rest of the sales team and use the combined experience and ideas to find best solutions of promotion of individual projects leading to successful sales

Work Location: Jakarta Pusat
Salary Range : 8.000.000 - 15.000..000 /month
