Sales Development Manager Medical Applications / SDMM-SAI-RIN

A US Fortune 500 company (NYSE listed), specialized in solutions in medical industries.
Looking for

Sales Development Manager role for Medical business (new) Indonesia in particular.

This new position is responsible for generating Medical Applications sales in South Asia.

Primary Accountabilities
Complete sales/technical training in US and Shanghai to develop ability to prepare, plan and conduct sales visits autonomously within the first 12 months period

Maintain and grow all existing Medical customers and prospects in South Asia.  Conduct extensive customer and competitor marketplace discussions to verify market size and profitability, identify value proposition and generate sales to the medical/pharmaceutical market in South Asia 

Assist in identifying and implementing a successful entry strategy into South Asia market for Medical business

Provide technical and regulatory support to Medical business in South Asia

Manage day-today business operation including orders handling, sales contracts, sales forecast, trade shows, seminars, receivables, inventory,  and provide timely business update

  • University graduate
  • 5 – 7 years of selling and marketing experience. 
  • Proven ability to develop new markets/new business
  • Prior experience in selling to industrial medical or medical customers is a plus
  • Proven track record in a MNC of skills to locate new business and develop opportunities
  • Proven records of skills to keep and develop good relationship with key accounts and relevant customers

  • Great team player who can work with other departments/Functions to deliver non-sales performance results. (i.e. receivables control, sales forecast, legal document handling..)

Salary & Benefits: 
Basic Salary: Rp Max 20.000.000 Gross/month
Year End Bonus : 10-20%
Job status : Permament - 3 Months Probation
Job Location : Jakarta
