Assistant Business Executive (Marketing Staff)

• Come From Service Apartments OR 3/4 Star Hotel Sales(Coordinator/Executive)
• Age 25-35 Yo

 JOB Desk

• To handle sales of office suites, business identity plan, conference rooms and other services. 
• To keep monitor marketing trend 
• Responsible to develop marketing strategies, monitor marketing trend and to obtain sales. 
• To achieve and maintain monthly sales income and accountable for the sales targeted.  
• To analyze overall sales performance and to identify key areas for continual improvement. 
• To issue reminders on tenancy extension for customers and confirmation letters where applicable.
• To develop new and potential business opportunity.
• To update the Sales Status Report, Bar chart if required.
• To keep define useful marketing tools.
• To identify cross-product line sales programs.
• To carry out Tele-selling and scheduling appointments for Manager.
• To maintain network with prospects/clients and to establish good rapport with clients.
• To prepare programs for effective marketing approach and to make  calls.
• To meet clients in person and present company’s products.
• To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and         Improvement of the Quality Management System
• To assist the Centre/Assistant Centre Manager in daily marketing activities when needed
• To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement sales activities.
• To undertake other jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Work Location:  Jakarta ( Kuningan - Thamrin - Sudirman )
Salary Range: Rp 6.500.000,-
Service Charge paid Quarterly : +/- Rp 2.500.000,-
