Max age for Senior : 31yo
Education background : IT / MIS / related Major
fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Minimum Experience : 1 yr
Good command in English and Japanese will be an advantage
- Job desc:
- Troubleshooting incl. on site to customer.
- Update technical database
- Handling complain from customer inc. analyze
- Making report
- CCNA certificate is an advantage
Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary: Rp 2.5 - 3.5 Million /Month Gross (Junior)

Position: Sales Manager/Assistance Sales Manager
Products: Eye Lenses
Key Performance Indicator:
1. Sales/budget Achievement
2. Sales Growth by cultivating new market
3. Training and Motivating Sales Team
4. Customer Management
5. Group Management and Information Management
Job Requirement:
1. Male/Female age 35 – 45 years old
2. Bachelor degree in Sales Marketing or related field, from optometric background will be an advantage
3. 4 -5 years experience in optic/lens industry
4. Could come from optic or lens distributor
5. Showing good knowledge in current industries, good initiative and able to create visible strategy on achieving sales target.
6. Confidence and Good Presentation Skill
7. Computer and English literate
8. Able to motivate and train his/her team in achieving sales target.
Report to: Sales Director
Subordinate: 6 staff
Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary: Rp 15 Million IDR/Month Gross (13x annually)
Transportation Allowance: Car Rent
Meal Allowance: 450,000 – 500,000 IDR/Month
