SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Reporting to senior general manager

- Identify and develop all channels in the responsible area

- Formulate channel strategy and action plan

- Negotiate trading term and develop promotions within modern trade

- Proactively develop other potential channels

- Set trade price structure and ensure its stability across all channels

Requirements:

Sex : male/female

Age :  max. 40 th

Education :  candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any dicipline. 

Experience :

-  at least 5 year(s) of working experience in sales & marketing (at least 3 years in managerial position), preferably from cosmetics or beauty products industry

- experienced in managing a team of sales personnel or managing representative office                  

Skill :

- computer & english is a must

- strong leadership, communication and change management competencies

- good teamwork, commitment to business ethics and ability to work under pressure

- multinational company background

Work Location: Jakarta Pusat

Salary Range :Rp.15.000.000,-

The requirement for this position is:

•  At least Master Degree from a recognized University

• 10 years teaching experience of Senior Secondary classes/higher classes including 3 years administrative experience

• Fluent in English both written and spoken (min, TOEFL score 550)

• Experienced in Cambridge, IB, or other International curriculum

•  A good understanding on modern education issues
